Welcome to infinite arms!
The original ideas for Gene Doe came soon after I logged on to the Internet for the first time as a third-year medical student. I realized that one day our world would have the software to allow patients to carry their entire medical record in their pocket and share with others as needed, and knew I wanted to be part of the movement when the time came.
In the previous decade I pursued the concept by acquiring the skills of a full-stack developer capable of producing all aspects of client/server applications. Since then our platform has helped dozens of investigators across the country remotely gather data needed for their research. With integration of REDCap with Apple's ResearchKit, HealthKit, and CloudKit, our platform became able to host all of the necessary components for the launch of Gene Doe in 2021.
After ten years of focusing on research as we improve our product, we feel that it’s time to deploy our applications’ functionality for the benefit of the general public. We are motivated first and foremost by our mission to make a difference in others’ lives with our technology, and are eager to accelerate our efforts to put it in the hands of those who will benefit from it most for their health journeys and daily care of those they love.
It takes a village to care for your loved one. Our pursuit is to unite the patient’s family , friends, and care providers around their wellness, and we hope you will join us.
